Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of DealDex. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering or using DealDex, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 years or older to use DealDex.
2. Description of the service
DealDex is a commercial prospecting SaaS platform that allows you to search businesses on Google Maps, extract public contact data, manage leads, generate personalized sales messages with artificial intelligence, create professional budgets with AI, enrich profiles with LinkedIn data, and perform web scraping of public websites.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You may not share your account with third parties. You must be 18 years or older and use the service for professional/commercial purposes (B2B). DealDex reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans and payments
DealDex offers the following plans:
- •FREE: 15 searches/month, up to 50 leads, 10 AI pitches, 2 budgets + 3 enrichments.
- •STARTER ($15/month): 50 searches/month, up to 200 leads, 30 AI pitches, 5 budgets + 10 enrichments, emails + social media.
- •PRO ($30/month): 150 searches/month, up to 500 leads, 100 AI pitches + tone selector, 20 budgets + 30 enrichments, CSV export, priority support.
- •AGENCY (custom pricing): everything in Pro with no limits, best price per account volume, personalized onboarding, API access, guaranteed SLA.
Payments are processed through MercadoPago (Latin America), Lemon Squeezy (international), or bank transfer. Billing is monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period and no refunds are issued for partial periods.
Discount codes have expiration dates, are non-transferable, and are limited to one per account. DealDex reserves the right to modify or discontinue discount codes at any time.
5. Acceptable use
By using DealDex, you agree to:
- •Not perform abusive or automated scraping that exceeds your plan limits.
- •Not resell, redistribute, or mass-share the obtained data.
- •Not use the service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass communications.
- •Not attempt to access other users' accounts or breach system security.
- •Comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction when contacting leads.
- •Respect the terms of service of third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) when using data obtained through enrichment.
6. Intellectual property
DealDex, its code, design, brand, and content are property of DealDex. Business data obtained through the service comes from public sources (Google Maps, public websites) and is not owned by DealDex. We do not grant exclusivity over the obtained data.
7. Limitation of liability
DealDex is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data extracted from public sources. Content generated by artificial intelligence (pitches, budgets, summaries) are suggestions and drafts; the user is responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using it. DealDex is not liable for consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without prior review. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. DealDex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.
9. Modifications to the terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
